Some what questionable character: known to falsify statements to the Federal Bankruptcy Courts regarding ADA status of historical structures. Works in conjunction with Robert Gant to further agendas which are designed to bring the wrecking ball to historical structures.
Body of work and judgement considered inconsequential.
