Stumpf John E Architect PC “John Stumpf is the most unprofessional man, who will take your money and run. He will create and stamp plans that are not up to code and when you return for him to fix them he will ask for more money. This has happened to me and my spouse more than three times. He does not return phone calls and his work is horrible. I would not even recommed this architect to build a dog house. Please take me seriously. Be smart with your money, you will only endure heartache and a headache with John Stumpf if you decide to use him.”
