This individual is currently being pursued in legal litigation for breach of contract. We hired this "bum" to use the word lightly (I'd rather call him many other names) to put together a design plan for our remodeling project. After month's of promised delivery (and payment for his services) Terry Hellem just disappeared. Do not trust this conman with your project, he has done this to a number of other people from what our current contractor has stated. The address listed for this business (if you could have ever called it that) was his personal home. It is now up for sale since his wife filed for divorce; I guess she finally got tired of being married to a looser with big dreams and no moral compass to accomplish them...glad she got smart and divorced his butt. (Nothing good can come from raising a child around such an unscrupulous individual). As for parting words: with the people you've burned you P.O.S Terry, you'll get what you have coming to you someday!
