Altus Draft and Design is based in the San Francisco Bay Area offering professional residential and commercial design for new construction, remodels, additions, and tenant improvements. We offer drafting services specializing in: Architectural, Engineering, Construction Documents, Permit Sets, Title 24 and Calgreen analysis. Design services also include Conceptual and Schematics Drawings, Layouts and Renderings. ​ Let us deal with the local building and planning department on your behalf, we work with them on a steady basis and we know California Building Code. We have an expanded network of contractors that we work with if you are also in need of construction services.
