I want to work with people who want to improve their life conditions through architecture and design. With experience in architecture and construction, I can guide owners towards a cohesive end with clear understandings of cost, schedule, and quality throughout the process. My percentage-based fees are broken into these 6 phases: Consultation, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Permitting, and Construction Administration.
