We work with our clients to create their design then document said design then submit to the city (or county) in order to secure a building permit that will allow the client to select a contractor to build (or build it owner-builder). We will help to ensure that everything has been thought of and considered before we complete the design as you only get to build it once. Our services include 3d modeling so that you can experience the space before you proceed to build it. We are not satisfied until you are. This is your project, not ours.
