We want to share our 37 years of healthcare, HCAI, Educational, institutional and high-tech expertise; resolving highly complex projects and converting impossible problems to practicable solutions. We have an excellent relationship with the California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) and the Division of the State Architect (DSA), which includes an expert knowledge of their standards, to help expedite the permit process and facilitate fast track projects. On average, 95% of our projects receive only one back-check review with HCAI. We are willing to update our systems to reflect your philosophy of budget control and high level of quality control on construction.
