Plenum Architecture is an employee-owned & operated public benefit corporation that believes Oaklanders deserve to have their imaginations sparked & their dreams realized. We collaborate with community & ethics-oriented owners and businesses, developers, civic agencies, and other AEC firms in designing small commercial spaces; community-centric spaces, social housing, and ADUs in historically excluded communities. Design starts with us. Built to reflect Oakland, we are members of the communities we serve, always working to further include under-represented people in our organization through hiring, training, & contracting practices. Plenum is committed to creating new models that seek to serve our multicultural community deliberately.
