SEC Development is a Los Angeles-based design practice focused on the ideas of sustainable, economic, & comprehensive development. Founded in 2016, SEC Development has managed to provide creative solutions in all aspects of design throughout most of Southern California. Our work encompasses design-build remodels, home additions, custom homes, historic restorations, agricultural and commercial development. SEC dwells on the idea that well-done buildings have the power to make positive impacts on people’s lives.
