Space MATTERS is a full service architectural design, planning and engineering firm located in Pasadena CA. We provide a full menu of architectural services required to obtain building permits for residential renovations & additions, garage to ADU conversions and services to resolve code enforcement issues with local building authorities. Our clients include homeowners, property managers & real estate investors who utilize our services to field verify new residential purchases after acquisition. We then provide a plan for use in the field. We also have realtors who use my floor plan services to create house plans for MLS listings. We also provide cad drafting & BIM support, field survey verification plans & building department services
