UBW is a full-service architecture and design firm specializing in custom homes, major remodels, and real estate development in the San Francisco Bay Area (Marin, Napa, and Sonoma) and across California. With 25+ years of experience, we create modern, elegant homes that reflect each client’s vision and lifestyle. From concept to construction, we handle design, permitting, and manage other design consultants with expertise. UBW is lead by Kevin Skiles, a licensed architect and contractor with valuable design-build insight on construction costs, zoning, and permitting. He holds a master's degree in real estate finance from MIT and is serving his third term on a local planning commission.
