My expertise is design and drawings, including signed permit drawings for residential (additions to high end custom residences) and commercial projects (tenant finish to large office/warehouse or mixed-use projects). My services include, but are not limited to: - Stamped Architectural Plans (Builder's sets or Bid Document sets) - Site plans, floor plans, roof plans, building sections, plan and section details - Entitlements, including Planning and Building Department submittals
