Nicholas Roseland, a highly experienced Vero Beach architect, has worked on over 100 custom luxury homes throughout Florida and the Caribbean, notably in exclusive communities such as John’s Island, Windsor, Palm Beach and Lyford Cay. Specializing in residential design, he established Architect Roseland P. L. in 2007 and has maintained a small boutique practice to provide clients with the best experience possible. Known for his attention to detail, commitment to quality, and passion for resilient design, Nicholas personally designs, details, draws, and observes the construction for each project. Utilizing a streamlined architectural process, 3D CAD and current technologies, he’s able to deliver impressive results with efficiency and speed.
