Founded in 1972 in a former loft apartment by Sol J. Fleischman, Jr., AIA and the late Eduardo Garcia, AIA, the firm has grown and prospered throughout the last five decades to become one of the largest and most experienced locally owned architecture, planning and interiors firms in the region. Our firm’s portfolio of work includes virtually every project type and our clients include nearly every city, county, authority, school district, community college, university and law school in the area. FleischmanGarciaMaslowski has spent the last 50 years earning an enviable reputation for creating and delivering superior architecture, planning, and interior design services. In 2022, the firm added President Marcel Maslowski's name to its brand.
