We help small business owners and professionals invest in commercial and residential real estate properties by analyzing the potential property's zoning and how the present property's value can be increased once he/she buys the property. We help them buy the property through the principal of the firm, Maria Luisa Castellanos, who is not only an architect, but also a Realtor with Hudson Capital Realty. Many times a property's value can be increased by adding to it or remodeling it. A zoning analysis can often determine whether or not a property is built out to its maximum capacity. As architects, once the property is bought or if you already own a property we can remodel or add to the existing building or design a completely new building.
