I design and remodel homes and small buildings. I work with the clients’ desires in order to create a space that fits their lifestyle and work space. Focusing on the end use and family/client needs, the designs I create allow for the space to be lived in. New build projects are billed by the total square footage and remodeling projects are billed by the hour. Initial consultations usually take about two hours, after which a project proposal is prepared. I am also a fine arts painter. I specialize in portraiture.
