I design/draw plans exclusively for contractors & their clients of addition, deck, single-family home, garage, ADU projects, etc. Since 2013, I have drawn over 1,005 plans with 3D views and construction drawings for home builders, design/build contractors, deck builders, remodelers, etc. My niche is the residential projects that don’t require a licensed architect to design, yet plans are still required. I am also available to modify plans that you may already have to fit your needs. I serve most MA towns within a 25 mile radius of Uxbridge, MA. I have a Matterport Pro2 3D camera to capture the existing interior conditions, which makes the process faster and with less disruption to the client.
