R+D Studio is a process-oriented design firm on Martha’s Vineyard, devoted to creating unique spaces and homes for the social occasions that define us. Our curiosity about the world and our passion for design translates into projects that show sensitivity to the character of each site while expressing the dreams of each client. This contextual process is rooted in the belief that thoughtful building never tells, but rather asks. Through inquiry we create space.
