CSR Architects fosters a team oriented, collaborative environment. We strive to create an atmosphere that is conducive to the health and wellbeing of our staff, which is necessary in building team morale while providing quality service to our clients. We like to integrate fun into our hard‐work ethic. We are supportive of our employees and have always encouraged them to participate in community services and activities. The majority of our staff regularly volunteers their time at different organizations in Albuquerque. We support our staff’s passions for different charitable organizations by providing paid time off for volunteer work.
