JVA is an award-winning townhouse architecture firm in NYC. Since 1991, we have focused solely on single family, residential design, specializing in townhouse renovations, new ground-up townhouses, landmark restorations as well as, large apartment renovations. The homes we design are well balanced, focus on bringing in natural light, use warm materials, and are executed with a rarefied attention to detail. One of our distinguishing factors is that all projects are executed in 3D software from concept through completion. Clients have a unique experience where the design is altered in a 3D model during meetings, allowing them to be more intimately involved in the process of designing their home.
