We provide architectural design for from-ground-up projects and renovation projects. We submit plans ourselves to City electronically with our Building Department account, eliminating the need for plan expeditor. If the projects are Alteration Level II, we approve our own design, a privilege we have as registered architects. We are also NYC's registered Special Inspector, we can inspect and approve your projects in NYC. Besides New York City and State, we are registered in some 20 states.
