Rachel Frankel Architecture, established in 1996, enjoys long term relationships with clients whose goals we make our own. We expertly transform institutional facilities, design new buildings, enhance property values, and create better spaces. We’re known for leading projects with creativity, technical expertise, reliability, strategic planning, clarity, and thoroughness. We design commercial, institutional, and residential projects. We have deep expertise working with the NYC Building Code including Accessibility and Energy Code; NYC Zoning; NYS Multiple Dwelling Law; and NYC Landmarks Law. We have 100% unanimous approval rating by Community Boards and Landmarks Preservation Commissioners. We’re a Certified NYC Women Owned Business
