The CEO has more than 24 years of experience in design, development and construction management of a wide variety of high density residential, multi-family, student housing, mixed-use and hotel projects. The unique perspective to design is not only architectural, but also one that takes into consideration the developer’s goals. By engaging directly with developers and understanding the fundamentals of financial underwriting, he makes decisions with an investor mindset.
