HKM was founded by two architects and a land planner whose shared vision was that building and site design are at their finest when design professions are integrated. At HKM, we believe in a holistic approach. We consider how both site and building will work together, inform each other, and react to the unique requirements and constraints of the surrounding community. Design is important, and also an evolutionary process—every project is unique and each deserves a dynamic solution.
