Mark Spangler Architecture is a 35 year old custom residential design firm. We've designed new homes and renovations and additions from half baths to the largest home in Central Va. and everything in between. Vision, design and budget are three integral parts of a successful project. Part of a successful design is creating a floor plan the works well, flows and takes into account a clients changing needs over time. Holding a degree in Interior design from VCU in addition to being a licensed Va. architect helps to create that plan that makes living in a home enjoyable and more marketable when it comes time to sell.
