JT has over 35 years of experience in planning, designing and permitting both new custom homes and remodel additions. This vast experience across the Western Washington region covers every jurisdiction and multiple building departments. JT Design will help you navigate through the challenging process of designing within the constraints of your current zoning, as every lot has some unique restrictions which often dictate the best path and scope of the work. We also help do this within your construction budget if possible, or identify early on where the budget will not fit and why.
