Steve began his journey in home construction and Design in 1976, and over the years, he has gained extensive experience across various sectors of the industry. His portfolio includes restoring historic buildings in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, modernizing, and expanding hospitals in Tacoma, constructing office spaces, and shopping centers, developing condominiums, managing land development, and creating both speculative and custom new homes. He has also undertaken numerous remodeling and extension projects. After relocating to Cle Elum in 1999, Steve focused on crafting Custom vacation homes in the Suncadia Resort area.
