About

What sets my company, Spokane Home Design, apart from other house designers/draftsmen is that I speak the language of the framer and the foundation crew and the deck builder and all the tradesmen that will work on your project. I know their language because I made my living for many years building projects in Spokane working along side my crew doing several of the trades including framing, finish carpentry, foundations, painting and flatwork. Additionally, I know what the general contractor needs on a set of plans because, like my mother who started me out as a laborer 46 years ago, I have been a builder for many years. And like her, I am currently active building though she builds many more houses a year. I prefer designing.
